If you don’t have the right adapter with you, adapters can be borrowed at the reception.

On the day of your arrival your room will be available for you from 3 p.m. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. You are welcome to use our in-house spa area even longer.
Early check-in or late check-out: on request and subject to availability with a surcharge of € 79,00 per room including full-day use of the KärntenTherme.

A cash dispenser is located in the immediate vicinity of our hotel at the entrance to the spa centre.

At the reception of our partner hotel, Karawankenhof, you can hire bicycles (for a fee). A lockable parking space for your own bicycles is also available directly next to the KärntenTherme. The bicycle cellar can only be used with a valid voucher, which you can get at the Hotel Warmbaderhof's reception.

You are welcome to add any expenditure at the hotel and in the KärntenTherme to your room bill. Information about your current total is available at any time by asking at the reception.

Please book treatments well in advance (due to great demand we recommend making a reservation before arrival), so that we can offer you the treatments and your preferred time.

In order to enjoy your treatment properly, we ask you to arrive 5 minutes before the treatment. Reserved treatment appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the treatment starts, otherwise you will be charged.

On request, we are happy to serve breakfast in your room between 7 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. Our reception team will be happy to provide you with further information on ordering and choice of breakfast.

There is a regular bus and train service between Warmbad-Villach and Villach town centre. Here you can find the timetable of the ÖBB.

Visit our award-winning Café Pastry Shop with its wonderful sunny terrace and enjoy fresh homemade pastries and cakes, coffee specialities, ice cream variations, healthy smoothies, and culinary dishes from Carinthia and the Alpe-Adria region, daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

To be able to enjoy your treatment in VIBE Therapy & VIBE Beauty properly, we ask you to arrive 5 minutes before the treatment. Reserved treatment appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the treatment, otherwise we must charge for the treatment.

For direct booking we guarantee free cancellation until 2 days before the date of arrival (until 12 a.m.). Cancellations that are made late or not at all, as well as an early departure will be charged with the total price of the booking. Other cancellation conditions apply for season 3 (Christmas/New Year's Eve), during the European Bike week as well as events and group reservations.

Our hotel team will be happy to help you find a suitable rental car.

The Perau Apotheke in Villach is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays and from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Saturdays. You can also order any medications you need via the hotel reception. These are delivered free of charge from Monday to Friday until about 1 p.m.

The Croco Club in the partner hotel Karawankenhof is available for your offspring on request (from 3 upwards). On request we will also be happy to organise a babysitter (for a fee). Please let us know your wishes at the time of booking.

The in-house VIBE Spa is a place of peace and relaxation.We ask for your understanding that the use of the hotel's own sauna area and relaxing rooms are only permitted to persons aged 16 and over. The KärntenTherme (accessible via connecting passage) offers family fun at its best from toddlers to teenagers.

Healthy and fit in everyday life with a balanced diet. If you have any special dietary requirements, please contact our dietician through the reception (for a fee). An integral part of our diet cuisine is according to the ‘Montignac method’, which we offer our guests daily as part of our gourmet half board board.

As part of the gourmet half board offer, we serve breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. and dinner from 6.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. in our panoramic restaurant.

On request we will gladly organize a doctor's appointment for you.

Our guests appreciate appropriate clothing in our restaurant areas. Jogging suits, shorts, tank tops, swimsuits or bathrobes are ideal for the park and leisure facilities. For meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) we ask you to choose sporty elegant clothes (men in long trousers). For the festive gala evening with piano music on Thursday, we ask you to dress festively (men with jacket, ladies elegantly dressed). Thank you very much.

Please wear light, loose sportswear and shoes in the fitness area, during physiotherapy, or relaxation exercises. Swimwear is necessary in the swimming pool. All other massages and bath therapies are usually carried out unclothed. During massages, your body is covered and only the part being massaged is exposed.

The voltage in the rooms is 220 V. If you do not have a suitable adapter at hand, we will be happy to provide you with one at our reception desk.

Parking spaces for electric cars are at you disposal for a fee at the thermal parking and in the parking garage. 

Regular excursions are organised for our hotel guests, sometimes within the region, sometimes beyond the borders of Austria. Please remember to bring your passport or identity card with you. You will find current information in our daily morning mail.

Would you like to order a bouquet of flowers to your room before your arrival? Then please let us know your wishes when you make your booking or contact our concierge team at reception.

Lockable garage boxes and covered parking spaces in the multi-storey car park are available for €5 per day.

Reservations for garage boxes before arrival can be made at the reception by phone or e-mail.

The Gary Foster Golf Academy with golf school and driving range is a 10-minute-walk from the hotel. Practice on the driving range is free of charge for hotel guests. Further information about group or individual lessons can be found here.

Wi-Fi internet use is available in the entire hotel area and rooms (with prior acceptance of the terms of use). Public Internet access and business corner is located in the reception area.

We will gladly iron your clothes for you. You can find out the prices at the reception or you can find the laundry list in your room.

If you have any questions, trained IT technical staff at the resort as well as staff from our cooperating companies are happy to help you (for a fee). On request, we can also organise rental of internet equipment for your room (for a fee).

Tip: As a hotel guest at the Hotel Warmbaderhof you can use the 25 m swimming pool from 8 a.m. onwards, before all other spa guests.

Our laundry service is of course available for standard and dry cleaning (for a fee). Please contact our reception team with your request.

Our guest library invites you to browse through an interesting selection of books.

Please contact us by phone or e-mail if you have forgotten something in our hotel. Lost and found items are kept for six months, after which the items are disposed of. 

On request, lost property will be sent cash on delivery (within Austria). Other shipping methods are possible through credit card debit.

The price list for the drinks and snacks in the minibar is available in your room. The minibar is checked and refilled daily. All consumption will be charged to your room bill and can be paid at your departure.

We are happy to provide a packed lunch for your excursions or journey home (for a fee). Please contact our restaurant staff or the reception the day before.

Hotel guests can park free of charge in the carpark next to the hotel. The barrier opens with your room card. If the hotel car park is occupied, you can also use the public spa car park. The parking card can be validated free of charge at the reception. You can also leave your keys with us and we will take care of the parking for you. The covered parking garage or the lockable garage box can be used for an additional charge.

The ParkLounge hotel bar offers a large selection of various drinks, champagnes and wines, cocktails, and digestives: open daily from 5 p.m. Live music awaits you on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Take a look at our event calendar.

Your four-legged friends are permitted in our hotel for a daily cleaning fee (only by prior arrangement and only in selected room categories). Exception: dogs categorised as dog fighting breeds. The fee is €25 without food per pet and day.

Pets are not allowed in the VIBE Spa, on the sunbathing lawn or in the restaurant areas. You are welcome to take your four-legged friend with you to the marked dog lawn in the park.

Please bring your own dog basket and blanket for your four-legged friend. Please make sure that your dog does not use the bed or sofa. In the event of possible damages or the necessity of final cleaning, you will be charged accordingly.

All our rooms are equipped with blankets and pillows for allergy sufferers. In case you would like more blankets and pillows (e.g. head rest, feather pillows etc.), please contact our reception or let us know your wishes before you arrive.

To keep your valuables safe, please use your room safe. The hotel accepts no liability for valuables in your room. For items whose value exceeds €5,000, liability is only assumed if they are deposited in the hotel safe at the reception desk in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Our sewing service is of course available for small repairs, such as sewing on buttons. Please do not hesitate to contact the staff at the reception with your requests.

At the exit to the park you will find a shoe shine machine. In case you need a special shoe service, you are welcome to contact our reception.

We are happy to help you find a suitable rental car or shuttle service. We would be pleased to arrange a free transfer from the station to Warmbad-Villach. Please inform our hotel team in advance about your arrival and departure.

We are a non-smoking hotel. All hotel and restaurant rooms are non-smoking areas. Smoking is also not allowed in the room or on the balcony.  Smokers can smoke on the terrace of the hotel bar.

You can reach the spa centre, the spa physician, the Thermal Urquellbecken and the warm thermal exercise pool via a connecting passage. The opening times at the spa centre you can find here under "SPA & Therme – Opening times".

Thermal Urquellbecken in the spa centre - unique in Europe

  As a hotel guest, you can continue to enjoy the exclusive thermal hours from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and swim an hour earlier than all other visitors in the thermal spring pool in the spa center (Kurzentrum). The exact guidelines for the use of the original source and the safety and hygiene requirements are signposted on site.
